Shipping & Returns


Somomu shipments are FREE and the delivery time will depend on the destination to which it is sent:

In the case of being Spain (peninsula) the order will arrive in 24-48 hours from when the order is placed (working days)

In case of Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla , and the rest of Europe , the order will arrive in 3-5 days from when the order is placed (working days).

If for any reason the order had to be delayed, we would contact you to let you know.
Once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.


We do shipments to Europe. In the case you want a shipment that is not Europe, you can contact us through the email and we will find a better way to send your order.


In the case of being Spain , if after a period of 3 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, contact us through the email

In the case of being the rest of Europe , contact us if you have not received it within 6 days.


When you buy a SOMOMU baby carrier, we hope you love it. However, if you change your mind, you can return your item (s) for a refund or exchange by following the conditions mentioned. 

Return policy

The direct contact for returns is within 28 days of receiving your order. Include the order number and buyer's name in the email.
Returns must be sent to SOMOMU Spain within 28 days of receiving your order.

SOMOMU will reject returns that:
- Have not been announced or returned on time.
- They are not in perfect condition.

Please also note:
- Items to be returned must be in resalable condition. With this in mind, return all the original packaging, including all intact accessories (brochures and gift packaging) in perfect condition and absolutely clean.

- Returns of used products will not be accepted. A product will be considered used as soon as you have wrapped or carried a child in it.

- You can use any courier or postal service to deliver the returned items to us. This is at your own risk and expense.

- If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be returned to you.

- Any refund will be at most the amount you have paid to SOMOMU.

- Defective items can be returned at any time. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at indicating your order number and the problem found.
