Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

Somomu shipments are FREE and the delivery time will depend on the destination:

In the case of Spain (peninsula) the order will arrive in 24-48 hours after the order is placed (working days).

In the case of Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe, the order will arrive in 3-5 days after the order is placed (working days).

If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.

Can I request shipment of an order outside of Spain?

We ship to Europe. In case you want a shipment outside Europe, you can contact us through the mail info@somomu.com and we will find the best way to get your order to you.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

In the case of Spain, if you have not received your order within 3 working days from the confirmation of your order, please contact us by e-mail info@somomu.com.

For the rest of Europe, please contact us if you have not received it within 6 days. 

RETURNS

When you buy a SOMOMU backpack, we hope you love it. However, if you change your mind, you can return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange following the above conditions. 

Return policy

Direct contact for returns is info@somomu.com within 28 days of receipt of your order. Include the order number and the name of the buyer in the email.
Returns must be sent to SOMOMU Spain within 28 days of receipt of your order.

SOMOMU will reject returns that:
- Have not been announced or returned on time.
- Are not in perfect condition.

Please also note:
- Items to be returned must be in resalable condition. With this in mind, return all original packaging, including all intact accessories (brochures and gift packaging) in perfect condition and absolutely clean.

- Returns of used products will not be accepted. A product will be considered used as soon as you have wrapped or carried a child in it.

- You may make use of any courier or postal service to have the returned items delivered to us. This is at your own risk.

- If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be returned to you.

- Any refund will be at most the amount you have paid to SOMOMU.

- Defective items may be returned at any time. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@somomu.com indicating your order number and the problem you encountered.
