These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Privacy Policy regulate the use of the somomu.com website. The use by the customer of the services of the Internet store presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase in the version published at the time of the purchase order. It is therefore advisable for the customer to read these General Terms and Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.

Scope of the Contract

The present General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all products on the website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (Euro zone only). Somomu reserves the right to cancel the access account of a user if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.

2. Price

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices shown on each product include the V.A.T. (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer at the time the order is placed.

3. Payment

The payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an indispensable condition for the formalization of the same. Under no circumstances may payment be made at a later date. Payment by means of deferred procedures such as cash on delivery or payment in store at the time of collection of the order is not allowed. Supported payment methods: Purchases can be paid by Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® credit card as well as by 4B or 4B Maestro debit card. In case of choosing the bank transfer payment method, the order will not be shipped until the payment has been formalized. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process in the corresponding screen. The suppliers or issuers of payment methods may adopt anti-fraud measures that lead to the rejection of certain types of transactions. Somomu is not responsible for the application of such security policies.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer according to the following characteristics:

Domestic transportation costs:

• Shipping cost to Spain Peninsula 5€.
• Shipping cost to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 15€.
• For orders over 60€ free shipping (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

International transportation costs:

• Shipping cost to Europe from 10€.
• For orders over 60€ free shipping
• *Customs duties and clearance costs shall be borne by the consignee.

The address indicated by the customer may be a home address, a place of business or any other address indicated. It is not necessary that the billing address and shipping address match. The customer will receive an e-mail one day before receiving the order to inform him/her of the approximate time frame in which the delivery will be made.

5. Warranty of Products Purchased

The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
